Data collected
Through the request form we only collect organisational and contact data: facility name, type, country, contact name, business e-mail, phone and service logistics information. We do not collect diagnoses, medical reports or identifying health data.
Purposes
Assessing and organising transport and logistics requests, contacting the person in charge and managing possible collaborations.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and legitimate interest, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Retention & security
Data is stored on protected systems, accessible only to authorised staff, for as long as needed for the stated purposes. To prevent abuse we store an anonymised hash of the IP address.
Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data by contacting the centre.
